  • Yes! We love that our customers enjoy our treatments with their partners, family or friends.

    St Leonards: Our large open plan studio accommodates 2 guests with a curtain for privacy when required.

    Teneriffe: Our 2 studios are next door to each other but are completely private and separate rooms.

    We are unable to accommodate more than 2 guests at any locations.

  • The system we use for our bookings unfortunately does not show available slots for two. Therefore we ask you to confirm with us if the time you wish to book has capacity for two! DM us on Instagram or Facebook messenger and we will respond as soon as we can.

  • Simply make each booking separately, ensuring that both of your details are included separately too! This is because we require both customers to fill out a consultation form for prior to attending your appointment. This is emailed one week prior!

  • Simply book here, follow prompts and enter voucher code at checkout.

    We still require $100 deposit to secure your slot. This can be paid with your gift voucher. Bring a screenshot or print out of your voucher to your treatment to pay the balance of your appointment. This will be charged by your therapist on your treatment day.

    Salon Lane Gift Card (prior to May 13th 2024)

    If you purchased or received a gift card online with us prior to the 13th May 2024 or purchased through Salon Lane, please note:

    We still require the regular $100 deposit to secure your slot. Bring the online or physical gift card with you on your treatment day and we will refund the deposit post treatment (if applicable).

    - Pregnancy: Our pressure point massage is quite effective. A pregnant women's body has a different hormone balance. Allergic reactions to certain products and sensitiveness to the treatment is unpredictable.

    - Cancer: We do not wish to place any additional risk on your condition. Please consult your doctor and provide written approval. Without a doctors consent, regrettably we are unable to proceed with a treatment.

    - Undergoing Radiation Therapy: Regrettably we are unable to proceed with a treatment to avoid any risk to our therapists and other salon guests.

    - Injuries, dislocations or post surgery: We do not wish to place any additional risk to your recovery. Please consult your doctor and provide written approval. Without a doctors consent, regrettably we are unable to proceed with a treatment.

    - Contagious diseases or viruses: Regrettably we are unable to proceed with a treatment to avoid any risk to our therapists and other salon guests.

    - Baldness or Alopecia: For our guests with little or no hair, we still offer shampoo, conditioner, and massage. Guests can enjoy longer massage if they would like to skip the hair treatment. We have heard positive effects of scalp massage for hair growth.

    - Non Contagious dandruff, psoriasis and dermatitis: If the condition is light (without bleeding, pain and inflammation), our headspa treatment can be good for the scalp. We cleanse the scalp that might have accumulated sebum. We apply detoxifying haircare products on the scalp, which combined with massage increases blood circulation that brings nutrients to skin cells.

  • Our therapists are not medical professionals. They will only diagnose the type of scalp and hair treatment that you have and will choose the best products that are appropriate to achieve the best results.

  • Keratin Treatment:

    Yes, we welcome you to Tokyo Headspa. We have Sulfate free haircare products to avoid removing Keratin.

    Hair Extensions:

    Regrettably we are unable to proceed with a treatment to avoid damaging your extensions and or perform the massage as intended.

  • Yes, you can. If you are under 18 years old, your legal guardian needs to give you permission as well as complete the consultation form on your behalf.
