Japanese head spa

To ensure the smooth operation of our services and the consideration of our valued guests, we have implemented the following booking policy.

Deposit:

• A $100 deposit is required to secure your booking.

• If you have paid the deposit by Tokyo Headspa gift voucher, your credit card will not be charged further at this stage.

• Tokyo Headspa gift vouchers can be used for deposits, but Salon Lane gift vouchers cannot, as they are an external company.

• The deposit is non-refundable, as it is for reserving time and staff exclusively for the booking.

• The deposit is non-transferable to another guest. 

• A manual booking with our customer service team will be released within 15 minutes if the deposit is not paid via the payment link sent to you.

• if you cancel or reschedule an appointment with more than 48 hours notice you will be able to use the deposit towards a future booking for up to 3 months.

• If you cancel or reschedule an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, you will need to pay another $100 deposit for a future booking.

Cancellations and Reschedules:

• Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance for cancellations or reschedules.

• Only one reschedule is permitted per booking if requested more than 48 hours before the appointment.

• To reschedule, you may edit the booking yourself or contact our customer service team.

• The deposit can be used towards a future booking for up to 3 months. Please note: We are often booked out for 6-8 weeks in advance.

• If an appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice, 100% of the treatment cost will be charged and you will need to pay another $100 deposit for a future booking.

• We reserve the right to change this policy and fee structure at any time. It is the customers responsibility to read our terms and conditions.

No-Show Policy:

• A "No-Show" is considered 15 minutes late or longer without prior contact.

• Failure to show up without notice will result in 100% of the treatment cost being charged. 

Running late:

• Please Contact us so that you do not attract a “no show” fee.

• Appointment times can not be extended if you run late for your appointment.

Medical Eligibility:

• We can not perform Japanese head spa if you are currently diagnosed with, recovering from, or undergoing treatment for certain medical conditions. Please see medical eligibility.

Lost property:

• The Tokyo Headspa team is not responsible or liable for property left in or lost in any of our salons.

• Please do not wear necklaces or earrings to your appointment. If you do, these will need to be removed and are at risk of becoming misplaced or lost.

Changes to our Treatments

• We reserve the right to change our pricing without notice. We will honour any treatment pricing booked before the change.

• We reserve the right to change any aspect of the treatment process without notice.

• If you have a gift voucher for a treatment service we no longer offer, you may use the value towards another treatment of your choice.

 Refunds

• Product Refunds: Faulty or damaged products can be refunded if returned within 7 days in their original condition. However, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases.

• Treatment Refunds: in the event one is made, please be aware that these take 7-10 business days to process.

Packages

• Packages are valid for the specific treatment purhcased only.
• Packages are not transferable to another guest and can only be used by the person that purchased the package. If you would like to send a gift, a gift voucher should be purchased instead.
• Packages are valid for 365 days from the purchase date after which the package will expire.
• Packages price inlcudes a 10% discount.
• We reserve the right to change Packages terms and discount at any time.

Journeys

• Journeys are not transferable to another guest and can only be used by the person that purchased the Journey. If you would like to send a gift, a gift voucher should be purchased instead.
• Journeys are valid for 365 days from the purchase date after which the Journey will expire.
• Journeys price inlcudes a 10% discount.
• We reserve the right to change Journeys terms and discount at any time.

Discount codes

• The 10% rebook code expires 31.08.25 and can not be used for future bookings.

Cashless Payment:

• We do not accept cash payments. Please be prepared to pay with a credit card, EFTPOS, Apple/Google Pay or a valid gift card (Salon Lane or Tokyo Headspa gift cards).

Our Commitment:

• Appointment Changes by Tokyo Headspa: If we need to cancel your appointment for any reason, we will notify you promptly and offer an alternative appointment or a full refund of any booking fee paid.

Policy Fairness:

• Australian Consumer Law: Our policies align with Australian Consumer Law, aiming to be fair and reasonable. We reserve the right to modify or update these policies as needed.
