About the Role
As our Spa Coordinator, you’ll be the warm, welcoming face of Tokyo Headspa. Your role is essential in setting the tone for an exceptional guest experience. We're looking for someone with a background in reception within a beauty, spa, or wellness setting—who brings both professionalism, personality and 5 star service.
Your Day-to-Day:
Greet guests warmly and guide them through their visit
Maintain the serene and polished presentation of the space
Offer refreshments and ensure every touchpoint feels premium
Manage payments and recommend products aligned with treatments
Assist with stock management and product ordering
Roster management - create and manage the Therapist team roster
What We’re Looking For
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer-facing reception role, ideally in a salon, spa, or wellness environment
Experience managing a roster or a good attention to detail with willingness to learn
Impeccable grooming and presentation
A calm, organised multitasker with incredible attention to detail
Strong customer service instincts and a genuine passion for wellness
Availability for occasional evenings or weekends
Experience with Zenoti is a bonus (but not essential)
Experience using Google docs including Google Sheets
