Due to an outage traced back to Friday 8 May, customers using an Outlook or Hotmail email address are unable to receive e-gift vouchers. Please be assured that once resolved the voucher will be sent.
In addition, emails sent from these email accounts are not reaching our customer service team.
We are trying to work through this with external software providers as quickly as possible
